Amanda E. Rogers is Vice President, Marketing & Innovation at Merchants Fleet. She leads the design & implementation of enterprise-wide marketing and innovation initiatives. In 2019, she led the company through a full corporate rebrand and launched its Innovation Department, which focuses on providing innovative resources, ideas, efficiencies, and solutions to Merchants Fleet teams and clients. Amanda leads the Merchants Academy leadership development program that kicked off in 2018. Her focus is to create exceptional experiences for Merchants Fleet prospects, clients, and employees.

Prior to Merchants, Amanda served as Partner at velocityHUB and Co-Founder of the Victory Academy. Amanda served as a consultant for market-leading companies, delivering business consulting and professional training services to CEOs, Senior Executives, Leaders, Managers & Millennials. She was directly responsible for business development, client training delivery, executive transition coaching, and the velocityHUB franchise business. She serves as a Director at an entrepreneurial startup incubator located in Southern New Hampshire.

Amanda is a strategist, creative, speaker, author, coach and community leader. She volunteers as a leadership coach for at-risk youth and coaches youth athletics. She was named Young Professional of the Year for the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce’s Eminence Awards, 2016; to the Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty 2018 list; and to the New Hampshire Seacoast 10toWatch 2019 list.

Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from the Boston University, where she played lacrosse for the Division 1, 3-Time Conference Champion Boston University Terriers. She earned a degree in Business Administration, graduating at the top of her class, summa cum laude.
